1. What we collect
Account data you give us (name, work email, company) and workspace configuration (brands, competitors, channels you connect). We also collect standard product analytics: page views and feature usage.
2. Public data collection
Klypps analyses publicly available social media content and engagement metrics from platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, collected via official APIs and public scraping. We collect only what is publicly visible and use it to provide analytics to the workspace that requested it.
3. Comment anonymisation
Public comments are processed to extract themes, emotions and aggregate signals. Personas and audience segments are auto-clustered and quotes are anonymised — we do not build profiles of individual commenters, and we do not expose commenter identities in reports, briefs or shared links.
4. Retention
Content and metrics are retained while your workspace is active. Lead-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your workspace and account data at any time.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers required to operate the service (hosting, database, AI processing), under their own data-processing terms.
