1. The service
Klypps provides analytics and creative-intelligence tooling over publicly available social media data. The service is pre-launch and provided to design partners on a best-efforts basis.
2. Public data and estimates
Metrics are derived from public sources and are labelled with their source and confidence. Some figures are estimates or AI inferences. Klypps does not warrant the accuracy of any metric, and you should not treat any figure as an audited measurement.
3. AI-generated content
Findings, briefs and analyses are generated with AI assistance and are labelled as such. They are decision support, not professional advice; a human should review them before external use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Klypps to profile or target individual members of the public, to breach any platform's terms, or to misrepresent estimated or sample data as measured fact.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klypps is provided "as is" and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
