Public sources, not private audience profiles
Market intelligence uses publicly visible posts, channels, ad libraries and engagement signals. We do not claim access to private messages, competitor spend, impressions, watch time, retention curves or private audience demographics. Sources and confidence travel with the findings.
Comments become themes, not identities
Commenter identifiers are replaced with workspace-salted hashes. Usernames, display names, avatars and profile links are not retained as commenter identities. Comments appear as “Viewer”; analysis describes aggregate themes and language signals, not individual people.
Retention keeps learning, not raw data forever
Comments and raw collection payloads have a configurable retention period, defaulting to 12 months. Daily maintenance removes expired raw records while keeping aggregated themes, sentiment and captured posts. Private rough-cut uploads are limited to 200 MB and expire after 30 days.
Private cuts stay private
Pre-flight analyses a rough cut you upload or provide as an unlisted link. Those cuts are private workspace material, not a public collection source or marketing asset. Client viewers see curated outcomes, approvals and shared deliverables — not raw sources, costs or other clients’ work.
Your deck, your rights confirmation
Real frames and thumbnails belong in an export only when the workspace enables imagery and confirms ownership or permission. Public-source access does not automatically grant reuse rights. Turn thumbnails off to export the findings without client imagery.
AI is decision support
AI-inferred fields are labelled. Planners can review and correct them, with the original preserved separately. Small samples stay visible; patterns need at least three items per bucket and charts need at least ten eligible items. Performance Index is relative performance, not a forecast of sales.
Sharing is an explicit decision
Audit links are read-only, revocable and can have an expiry and password. Optional category benchmarks expose pooled aggregates only after at least five contributing brands, never brand names, posts or comments.
