Connecting your accounts

What happens

Your agency sends you a private link. You confirm your email, sign in to each platform and choose which accounts belong to your brand. Access is read-only: Klypps never posts, messages, sees ad spend or changes anything. You can disconnect any time.

Facebook Page and Instagram

  • You must be an admin of the Facebook Page, or have full control of it in Business Manager (Meta Business Suite).
  • Instagram must be a professional account (Business or Creator) linked to that Facebook Page.
  • When Facebook asks, tick every Page and Instagram account you want to share.

TikTok

  • The account must be a TikTok Business account.
  • Sign in with the login that owns the brand account, not a personal one.

YouTube

  • You must be the channel owner or a manager of the channel.
  • If the channel belongs to a Brand Account, pick that account when Google asks which one to use.

Troubleshooting

  • Wrong account: sign out of the platform in your browser (or use a private window), open your link again and choose the right login.
  • Page not listed: check you are a Page admin. Then remove Klypps under Facebook Settings → Business integrations and connect again, ticking the Page this time.
  • Instagram not linked: in the Instagram app go to Settings → Account type and tools and switch to a professional account. Then link it to your Page in Meta Business Suite and connect again.
  • Link expired or "different email": links work for 7 days and only for the email they were sent to. Ask your agency for a new one.
  • "Being approved": the platform is still reviewing Klypps. Your agency will send a new link when it's ready.
