Getting started

Getting started with Klypps

Set up a workspace for one brand and its competitors, and get to your first useful finding.

Steps

  1. Create a workspace and name it after the brand, for example “Northwind Arcade”.
  2. Add the brand and up to five competitors, with their TikTok, Instagram and YouTube handles.
  3. Confirm which channels are the brand’s own — only confirmed channels count in typical figures.
  4. Start the history collection. First insights appear as months finish collecting.
  5. Set a first goal under Plan, then create your first Competitor report or Monday briefing.

What good looks like

Today shows a headline answer with evidence posts, and every number shows how many posts sit behind it.

Common mistakes

  • Adding look-alike or fan accounts as the brand’s own.
  • Expecting conclusions on day one — wait until enough posts are analysed.
