Sharing with expiring links
Share a report privately with a password and an expiry date.
Steps
- Press Share on a signed-off report.
- Set an expiry and, where offered, a password.
- Revoke the link any time from the share panel.
What good looks like
Links expire on their own and you can see who has one.
Common mistakes
- Sending links with no expiry.
