A page is empty
Why a page shows no data, and what to do.
Steps
- Check Settings → Sources & budget: are the brand’s channels confirmed?
- Check collection progress — months collect newest first.
- If the workspace is paused, only the Owner can resume it.
What good looks like
Collection shows months completing and charts appear as posts are analysed.
Common mistakes
- Retrying jobs in a paused workspace — it stays paused until the Owner resumes it.
