How to delete connected-account data
Removing Klypps from your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok settings automatically deletes the insights and token Klypps stored for that account. Owners and Strategists can also disconnect in Settings → Channels & sources, which deletes the data straight away.
Facebook and Instagram: in Facebook settings open Business integrations, or in Instagram settings open Apps and websites, then remove Klypps. TikTok: remove Klypps from the connected apps in your TikTok Business account settings. Klypps then deletes the data automatically and shows a confirmation code here.
Public posts that Klypps collected separately from public sources are not covered by this request. To ask for those to be removed, use our support page.
