Steps
- Find it wherever the unit reads “%”.
- Press the “i” (Why am I seeing this) next to the number to see the posts, period and confidence behind it.
- Check eligibility: Same channel/source/format/age basis and matched period; proven overlapping collection days when paused.
- It needs at least 5 eligible posts before Klypps shows a value.
What good looks like
The number has a source badge, a “based on N posts” line and a confidence level you can defend in a meeting.
Pitfalls
- Reading change with fewer than five videos on either side — Klypps shows “Not enough to compare”.
- Comparing months where collection covered different days.
