Reading your numbers

Engagements

Known likes, comments, shares and saves; unavailable counts are not zeros.

Formula and example

sum(known likes + comments + shares + saves)

Example (fictional): A Pixel Pier Reel with 410 likes, 22 comments, 15 shares and 40 saves: 487 engagements.

Steps

  1. Find it wherever the unit reads “engagements”.
  2. Press the “i” (Why am I seeing this) next to the number to see the posts, period and confidence behind it.
  3. Check eligibility: Verified posts with at least one known engagement count.
  4. It needs at least 5 eligible posts before Klypps shows a value.

What good looks like

The number has a source badge, a “based on N posts” line and a confidence level you can defend in a meeting.

Pitfalls

  • Reading a hidden like count as zero — unknown counts are left out, not zeroed.
