Reading your numbers
Observed views
Known video views as captured from the recorded source; early cumulative observations are not equal-age comparisons.
Formula and example
recorded video views
Example (fictional): A Northwind Arcade TikTok shows 18.4K views when captured on day 2 and 41K on day 9.
Steps
- Find it wherever the unit reads “views”.
- Press the “i” (Why am I seeing this) next to the number to see the posts, period and confidence behind it.
- Check eligibility: Known non-negative video views; images excluded.
- It needs at least 1 eligible posts before Klypps shows a value.

What good looks like
The number has a source badge, a “based on N posts” line and a confidence level you can defend in a meeting.
Pitfalls
- Comparing a day-2 count with a day-30 count — views keep growing.
- Treating image or carousel posts as having views: they don’t, so they are excluded.
