Creator usage rights and boost readiness

Record explicit creator or brief permission before paid amplification.

Steps

  1. Open a creator record or a brief and choose Record permission.
  2. Choose Organic repost, Spark Ads, Partnership ads, Whitelisting or Paid usage; set channels, start/end dates, optional fee note and agreement evidence.
  3. Link the creator post to its brief when using brief-level rights.
  4. Mark boost-ready only while matching paid rights are active. Organic repost permission never permits paid use.
  5. Review expiry alerts on Creators and Updates; revoke permission when withdrawn. Expired or revoked rights no longer show boost-ready.

What good looks like

A rights check matches creator, brand, post channel and dates before recording readiness. Klypps records permission; it does not launch ads.

Common mistakes

  • Assuming a paid partnership automatically grants ad rights.
  • Using workspace export-thumbnail permission as creator licensing.
  • Ignoring expiry or channel restrictions.
